Research Scientist II

Tim Collins provides clients with mixed-methods research and data analysis services to help them understand the impacts of federal policies on the healthcare industry and its stakeholders.

Before joining Avalere, Tim served as a research consultant at the Lewin Group, where he worked as a mixed-methods researcher evaluating the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Advanced Model. He gained expertise in various research and data analysis methods, including comparison group development, regression analysis, qualitative interviewing, and economic report writing.

Tim holds a BA in economics from Vassar College.
