Before joining Avalere, Ethan was a health legislative assistant for a senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee. In this role, Ethan employed policy expertise to build coalitions and advance legislation supporting a wide spectrum of healthcare stakeholders and improving patient access to care. He has subject matter expertise in Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D.
Ethan holds a BA in political science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
