Caroline supports clients by leveraging her background in public health, research, and health policy.
Prior to joining Avalere Health, Caroline worked for Abt Global, where she supported a range of federal agencies, including CMS, HRSA, and CDC, providing program evaluation and technical assistance. She contributed to qualitative evaluations of CMS Innovation Center models, including initiatives focused on oncology, accountable care organizations, and cell and gene therapies.
During her graduate studies, Caroline interned with the Connecticut General Assembly, where she supported legislation leveraging Medicaid waivers to expand access to nutrition assistance in the state. She also worked the Yale Center on Climate Change and Health where she researched policy levers to advance more sustainable healthcare delivery.
Caroline holds a MPH in health policy and management from the Yale School of Public Health and a BS in Environmental Science with a public health minor from Davidson College.
