Before joining Avalere Health, Susie was a senior product manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she led global strategy and lifecycle management for a portfolio of genetic sequencing instruments. She joined Thermo Fisher through its post-MBA general management leadership development program and gained significant experience in marketing, operations, and corporate strategy. She began her career in healthcare consulting at Mercer, working with employers and payers to design benefit programs aimed at improving employee well-being and managing costs. She is skilled at translating scientific and policy complexity into clear, actionable strategies for a range of healthcare stakeholders.
Susie holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Biotechnology, and a BS in Biology, both from Georgetown University.
