Hays Watkins

Before joining Avalere Health, Hays spent 13 years at Horizon Therapeutics (which became a part of Amgen in 2023) where he served in various market access, marketing, and sales roles across their commercial organization. Hays is a versatile leader committed to enhancing patient access and supporting innovative therapies through extensive experience in reimbursement strategy, market access, and brand marketing. He has vast experience leading cross-functional initiatives and applying deep understanding of the reimbursement and overall market access landscape to drive results for clients. 

Hays holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The College of William & Mary, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
