Ashley Graham, Senior Director of Advisory Data Strategy & Sourcing, leads the development and execution of enterprise data strategy and sourcing initiatives for Avalere Health’s Data & Analytics Intelligence Hub.
She drives development of Avalere Health’s data strategy roadmap, and oversees end-to-end roadmap delivery, vendor selection and management, and data licensing governance to ensure trusted, high-value data assets power analytics and advisory solutions across the organization. Across internal stakeholders and client engagements, she advises on data strategy optimization, including operating model design, vendor evaluation and selection, and ongoing vendor management, to build scalable, cost-effective data ecosystems.
With deep expertise in enterprise data strategy and complex data initiatives, Ashley translates business and clinical priorities into operational realities. She advises in decisions to build vs. buy, data asset prioritization, and shaping vendor ecosystems, partnering with data engineering teams to turn strategy into pipelines and products that scale. The result is governed, high-value data that accelerates analytics and advisory outcomes for clients.
Previously, Ashley served as Senior Director of Project Management Operations, where she set the strategic vision, established best practices, and provided leadership in project management excellence. In that capacity, she oversaw enterprise-level reporting on strategic outcomes, while mentoring project managers and guiding high-value client engagements.
Ashley holds both an MS and a BA in Psychology from Eastern Washington University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
