While healthcare isn’t at the top of the list in terms of priority issues, it certainly remains a focal point for conversation. Avalere analysis shows that healthcare policy agendas are typically laid out within the first 18 months in office as was seen with Barack Obama and the Affordable Care Act and George H.W. Bush and Part D (to name a couple). While Clinton and Trump disagree on the vast majority of issues, they do have slightly similar views on drug pricing.
