Fred Green supports evidence-based research, quantitative interpretation, and problem-solving to help clients address challenges across healthcare and life sciences.
Before joining Avalere, Fred assisted with the development of over 40 transformational initiatives at AtlantiCare, where he evaluated clinical findings to inform corporate decision-making, payer mix assessments, and process improvement efforts. He also applied actuarial expertise at Gallagher Re to support pricing, risk evaluation, and data-driven insights. He brings strong technical skills in analytics, visualization, and statistical methods.
Fred holds a BSBA in finance and sustainable business from the University of Miami, where he also completed advanced studies in Spanish and international business.
