Avalere Partners with AMCP

Avalere director, Leigh Ann Bruhn, was recently named to the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy’s (AMCP) Corporate Member Council.

In this role she will engage with key stakeholders and AMCP leadership on critical issues related to managed care. AMCP is a national professional association comprised of pharmacists, health care practitioners and others who develop and provide clinical, educational and business management services on behalf of those who are covered by a managed pharmacy benefit.

Leigh Ann has been with Avalere since 2011. Previously, she held marketing roles with Abbott Laboratories and Pfizer. Leigh Ann has a BS in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a MBA in health sector management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Caroline Pearson, Lisa Murphy, Wayne Cancro and Leigh Ann will also be participating in panels at AMCP’s 27th annual meeting and expo, starting April 7 in San Diego, California.
